This is strange -- all BSL4 shipments that World Courier does for us are on dry ice. The entire IATA transport system is
based on dry ice shipment. Could the reason be a lack of access to dry ice? In that case, I think you can get dry ice from
Kinshasa.

I am sure that the serum will be fine on wet ice. The other option is that we use the class III cabinets for aliquoting (we
could even use the portable ones for those specimens). This way we can keep an aliquot for future analysis. Vincent will
be back in Brazzaville in November and could work on that if this is not too late.
