P.S. I did see the recent JCI Insight paper that shows impressive results for in vivo gene editing of the fetal globin promoter in the mouse model of sickle cell disease. Cites support from NHLBI, NHGRI, and NIGMS. Also support from BMGF. Cool stuff. See attached.
