   So the DARPA DEFUSE proposal has obviously been the subject of a lot of discussion. I know that for a lot of people it is hard to understand how it did not come up earlier in the conversations. So I'm going to ask, when did you raise, for the first time, with the United States government officials that you were interacting with -- I mean, you interacted with Erik Stemmy on the 7th, Fauci on February 11, 2020. Did DARPA DEFUSE come up in that meeting?
