Well again, the whole purpose of open
science is that reproducibility is key. And so if you
publish an important paper, people oftentimes ask you for
those reagents to either do extensive additional studies or
to actually repeat the studies. And so reproducibility is
key, and to do that, that's why the NIH wants you to share
reagents with people that ask for things.
