That's how I did it. I don't think there's any standardized process. Sometimes we share reagents and we don't ask anything. But if they're going to use a mouse model, which would be a central point for their paper and for countermeasure development, I thought at least in the beginning, at least one paper we should be an author on.

So is that like what in-kind support is, or a gift? I've seen that referenced a couple of times, where there's a gift of something, and it's acknowledged in a paper.
