The third column is where the sample was obtained, such as ground, blood, waste water etc. Ground surface (n=14), door (n=3), wall (n=1), gloves (n=1), sole (n=1), garbage collect truck (n=1), iron cage (n=1), trailer (n=2), freezer inner surface (n=1), fish pack surface (n=1), foam table (n=1), blood water (n=1), waste water (n=1), balance weight (n=1), wheel barrow (n=1). The fourth column is the results of rRT-PCR. The fifth is DNA sequencing of N gene by PCR. The sixth column is DNA sequencing of S gene by PCR. The last column is second generation DNA sequencing. The number in these columns indicates how high the homology is. NA means not detectable or not performed. If there are any questions, please let me know.
