You bet - but I'd argue Trump himself is just as big a threat to that. Also, the US clearly is China's biggest threat... I don't see China (or Iran) start any wars with the US (or allies), but I can't say I have the same level of confidence in the US not doing the same. No question the US is the biggest "threat" right now.
