It looks good. Two quick comments I would make are: 1- that the potential positive implications for neglected diseases seem to have somewhat fallen out. While I think we do not want to oversell that, it is a plus and a dual use and ties in with a lot of outside interest and our humanitarian goals. and 2- broad spectrum has a medical meaning that we need to keep in mind, as all are aware, but needs care w the nonscientists we are engaging here. I understand here we are talking about both multipathogen (e.g. broadly acting antimicrobials or, as in flu example, vaccines) and platform technologies that could be generalized to multiple pathogens or threats. Issues with focusing too much attention on "broad spectrum" in terms of broad activity may include the following - a) that such accomplishments may be difficult to achieve scientifically and b) that we will face the challenge we face with
