Kanta,
Glad to hear the work is going well. We have no problem with your sharing
aliquots with the colleagues mentioned in your email. All we ask is the
opportunity to foster future research between your colleagues and ours
and that AFHSC-GEIS and NAMRU-3 (especially
)be acknowledged in
published research involving this pathogen.
Also, I'm in the midst of arranging the delivery of another aliquot to
the Naval Medical Research Center in Maryland. I've already asked that
they supply you with another aliquot once they have grown it sufficiently
and they have agreed. I assume you are still interested in acquiring and
additional sample? Let me know.

Dear
-
The Jordan isolate that we received from N3 grew well in cell culture, so
we are preparing to begin some experiments. Thank you for your help in
getting this virus.
From the email correspondence with Dr. Lisa Hensley at the NIAID IRF in
Frederick, I understood that we had your permission to share the virus
with her.
