I took over and chided the group that we cannot be telling people that we have more test and materials than we need since this would be insulting to them. We cannot blame anyone and we must admit that the supply (which we claim is adequate) is not "connected to" nor does it reach the people who are demanding it. Bottom line is that they are not getting what they want and ewe need to fix the fact that it really is a distribution problem. Also, Senators (and the press and the public) are under the impression that we should test everyone for the virus.
