regarding how much I will be
contributing to my Defined Benefit Plan this time around. As you know from
previous returns, I am in the unusual situation where I must make RMDs from the
Defined Benefit Plan because of my age at the same that I can also contribute to
the plan because of my income.
K-1s --[ have not yet received the K-1 forms from Jackson-Fillmore or from the
Shopping Center Partnership. Jackson-Fillmore told me they likely would not have it
to me until May. The Shopping Center Partnership (Dorian Plaza) has not contacted
me yet. I guess that this may force us to file for an extension.
