Subject: RE: Synopsis of Conversation with Pharma/Bio Reps 29 Jan 2010
Date: Mon, 01 Feb 2010 08:49:47 -0500
Importance: Normal
Iam not taking it off the table only think it is very limited. If we want to solve the problem we should not think small
pieces will work. Furthermore, things that require some govt official to make a determination always count for less among
private companies because they cannot be sure the govt official will rule the right way and in a timely manner. If we want
the private sector to have confidence to allocate tens if not hundreds of millions then we need to give them some strong
assurances and this does not seem to me to do it.
