One of the central issues here is that no one from NIH OGC has a security clearance that will allow them into the SCIF. That has slowed this process. Unfortunately I can't make a meeting at that time - it conflicts with the NIH Leadership Forum that I run for Francis. I spoke with David, the ball was in their court; he reached out and they said they would get back to him quickly.
