All, ODNI is interested in speaking with the appropriate HHS team on topic. Checking your availability for Thursday -7 October @ 1330 to 1430 for a SCIF meeting. Please let me know if this date and time works for you. Bill, I don't recall the name of the two NIH SMEs off hand but please pass along this invite because they are critical to the conversation. Les we think Dr. Leighton Chan and his colleague Dr. French from across the street are the correct POCs. Dr.Chan is copied to ensure we have identified the right people for the discussion. V/r Bill

Hi Larry- Would you like to join this meeting with ODNI? I assume the topic is related to the call you took this week. One of the central issues here is that no one from NIH OGC has a security clearance that will allow them into the SCIF. That has slowed this process. Unfortunately I can't make a meeting at that time - it conflicts with the NIH Leadership Forum that I run for Francis. I spoke with David, the ball was in their court; he reached out and they said they would get back to him quickly.
