Francis, We have continued to meet with Mike and his team. One of his team members is coming for a visit in October so we can have a face to face deep dive. a > 8 AM AID) [E] a es ny (NIH/NIAID) Sl > will likely discuss is the Are there any new »f this partnership. Since Sunnylands the Temple group initiated the phase one of a anti-HIV CRISPR trial in Philadelphia, part of the NIAID Collaboratory. We have reviewed a set of grants looking new and improved delivery systems for gene therapies. We plan to fund 3-4 and the details will be announced in the new fiscal year. We are expanding in 2023 the process for sites in LMICs to apply for assistance to support cure trials including but not limited to gene-based technologies. The first iteration of this strategy has been completed, now on to version 2.0. Last, the plans for an bNAb treatment and cure trial in Africa with BMGF is moving forward. Waiting for BMGF to finish production of the bNAbs. This continues to be parallel and complementary activities with BMGF. Best regards, Carl
