In case you're interested, here are some images of the buildings where the meeting (Porter) and tour (VRC) will take place. They are right next to each other on campus and are connected by the road and a courtyard/sidewalk. We can talk specifics about what's happening inside VRC tomorrow--I just found out they are amending the schedule. Hi Jen -- just wanted to check in to see if we can get a call scheduled to talk about filming Bill's visit to NIH. Let me know what times would work for you. Thanks!

Tomorrow would work best for us. Would 1pm ET on Wednesday work for both of you? From: Routh, Jennifer (NIH/NIAID) [E] [mailto [EN nih.gov] Sent: Tuesday, May 23, 2017 9:10 AM To: Jen Krajicek [MO bec3.com> Ce: Fine, Amanda (NIH/OD) [E] [EO nih.gov> Subject: RE: Draft agenda for June 2 NIH-BMGF workshop Hi Jen, Sorry for the delay. I've cc'd my colleague Amanda Fine, who will also be joining the call. I will be your contact at the VRC since I'm familiar with taking camera crews through this building, but Amanda will help assist with the rest of the day since she has done more campus-wide tours with Dr. Collins. We are available between 2 and 4 ET today, but we're pretty open tomorrow or Thursday if you had a time in mind.
