Mr. Gates will need to depart NIH immediately after the Barmes lecture to participate in a White House event recently scheduled for the afternoon.     Hi Dr. Fauci, Francis directed the agenda back to Chris to see what Bill prefers. Based upon his response we will rework the agenda for the BSL3 tour and ICD round table. It is a shame we had to cut out the VRC. Rob and I will send around a revised agenda once the ICD respond. Thanks again for your flexibility.
