Those mice were also shared with other U.S. investigators, as well, so it's not like this is -- it's not a fair assessment to say that because you gave it to the Chinese you didn't appropriately use U.S. taxpayer funds. In reality, the regulatory framework of the United States government is that I'm required to share.
