   Good points @Andrew Rambaut - and I also think we need to start with the "within market" stuff since that's by far the strongest piece of evidence. We discussed the usage of KDEs with Marc a few weeks back and he was okay with it - but I'm not sure we gave him a fair chance to think hard about it.Should you and I maybe have a chat with Mike this weekend to discuss? I think the two stories should go together since having one paper that absolutely nails it is a lot better than have two that kinda nail it.
