   If it wasn't for the pesky 2019 value the R^2 would be 0.99 or something. So the 2019 value is definitely super significant.

   Do we know when the financial year spans in China? Could this be 2019/2020 and actually include some pandemic spending?

   @Andrew Rambaut So probably not... `In China, the fiscal year for all entities is *the calendar year, 1 January to 31 December*, and applies to the taxyear, statutory year, and planning year.`
