Raccoon dogs. That's what my photos were of and what they are interested in.

Any competent scientist that does not have a preconceived notion and takes more than a superficial look at the
question will come to the same conclusion.

Don't see how "frozen food" is separate from 1 or 2 - apparently to make their hosts happy. [shared file(s):

Quick look - I'll look again in the office. Setting aside the phylogeography (of course) - the additional cleavage is
possible. CoVs likely have more than one "fusion" peptide. There is a cysteine bond following the D614G and prior
to the FCS - inbetween is one of the aforementioned putative fusion peptides.

We have a new emerging lineage (I may have mentioned it - A.23.1 - it seems widely distributed in Africa, UAE, now
Cambodia) that has Q613H P681R (and now, in the UK only, Erik). So would likely be mirroring Doug+Pooh?

Well Q613R showed up in the lion on the Christmas Card, so Q613H/R both adding positive charge. D614G takes
away a negative charge. Something going on there for sure.

Following Doug is a disulfide - Disulfide isomerases are important for virus entry - see references 28 and up in this
paper.
