Narrative:
The narrative of this story is the following:
We have come to a point in biomedical history where it is possible to create billions of distinct
viral species with minimal effort for people trained in the technologies.
How did we come to this point? Was it a PSY OP or was it the natural development of
technology occurring due to natural scientific sociological processes with emergent properties?
What I mean by this is, did we develop the technology for ultra sophisticated bioweapons
development due to behind-the-scenes machinations and funding to develop bio weapons for
military purposes, or did the technology for bio weapons development occur due to standard
grant peer review processes and scientific trends. i.e., an unexpected emergent property
And the participants in the development of the technology to make buy a weapons, were they
aware that they were making bio weapons? Were they paid directly by members of the
Defense-Intelligence enterprise? Or was NIH given increased funding for biodefense and
steered in the direction of bioweapons development by members of the defense intelligence
enterprise? Who at NIH new? Fauci, Collins, previous NIH heads? Division heads?
Things to look up:
When did biodefense funding increase dramatically for NIAID? Try to find old budget
presentations from DMD.
