I thought it would be helpful to have this all in writing, but if you would like to have a call to discuss please let me know. The DOJ unfortunately needs the additional information ASAP, so if you could provide it by tomorrow that would be very helpful. As a first matter, we'd like to know who is the ultimate decision-maker for the team. There is a policy decision to be made, as described below, and we want to ensure the appropriate person is looped in and making the decision. Questions from Last Call 1.
