Dear Kanta and Lea,
I have been out for the last three weeks on various trips.
I am officially back now and sifting through piles of emails and documents.
As such I have just realized that there was a big problem with the shipment of MERS from you guys. It was shipped as
diagnostic, not infectious.
There's nothing that I can do about it now but this might cause us issues with the CDC.
In the paperwork I've been given there was no itemized list of what was included the shipment.
Can you please provide me with a letter stating what was in the shipment that I can include with the documentation I do have?
The CDC prefers to see the dangerous goods declaration but obviously one wasn't generated for this shipment.
I appreciate it. Thank you, Amy
