Cheers, Kwe From: Kwe Claude, Yinda (NIH/NIAID) [E] < @nih.gov> Date: Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11:49 AM To: (NIH/NIAID) [E] < @niaid.nih.gov> Cc: Munster, Vincent (NIH/NIAID) [E] < @nih.gov> Subject: ROC Mpox sequencing Hi , I hope this email finds you well. We just returned from the Congo with DNA from MPOX positive samples, and we're eager to perform full genome sequencing on these samples. Our aim is to address critical epidemiological questions surrounding the ongoing MPOX outbreak in Africa. We have a total of 35 samples with ct values ranging from 15 to 36. Given the direct impact this sequencing will have on the ongoing outbreak response, we would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this. Please let us know your thoughts. Best regards, Kwe
