The purpose of the Stakeholder Meeting is to launch CEPI as an entity, announce CEPI governance structures including its Board and Scientific Advisory Committee and present the initial Business Plan (and Communications Plan) to stakeholders acknowledging their commitment and participation in the CEPI set up phase. As a part of the day, we are reaching out to key individuals in the field of vaccine development for epidemics as potential panellists able to provide updates on initiatives in their individual organisations. We would be delighted if you would be willing to participate as a panellist in "Updates from other processes" session scheduled between 13.00 and 14.00 (BST). The format for the panel will be a three minute presentation by each member of a six person panel followed by an open discussion session from the floor. The Stakeholder Meeting will be attended by a representatives from organisations who have actively participated in the initial phase of CEPI; its Leadership Group, Chairs Group, Core Group and three key Task Teams. We have attached a summary document outlining the CEPI concept and process to date together with a draft Agenda to facilitate your decision-making and scheduling. We will be delighted to support you with logistics arrangements for the day should you be able to join us. I looking forward to receiving your response at your earliest convenience.
