Typically we have followed Bill on the "non-conference room" and "non-confidential" parts of his visits, capturing the learning he's doing. We also typically take 5-10 minutes at the end of the visit and have Bill stand outside or inside for a "stand up" interview where he runs over what he just saw. We'd love to chat with you about the best way to be unobtrusive followers on this upcoming trip. Jen can set up a call next week.
