The elements of the tour outlined below are also good. As you outline your minute by minute, we would like to see the technical aspects that will be covered in the 45 min walking tour. I have heard a lot about the wonderful work at the VRC, so I am sure it will be tough to squeeze everything in within 45 min. we are excited about hearing more about the structure guided immunogen design work in the HIV, RSV, Flu and related areas. The RNA vaccine platforms work is also something that Bill is very keen to learn more about. Dr. Fauci and Dr. Mascola (the VRC's director) would offer a 15 min scientific overview or the VRC's research and capabilities, and then proceed with a 45 minute walking tour of the facility. Does this align with your office's expectations? As discussed, the tour will focus on structure-guided immunogen design applied to vaccine development for HIV, RSV, Flu, PIV, MERS and related CoV The contact for the film crew is Jennifer Routh, cc'd on this message She can offer detail on what the different spaces will look like at the VRC and where the crew can leave and/or set up any equipment during the visit.
