Based on Bill's preferences, we are organizing the roundtable as a conversation, rather than a series of presentations. In order to make best use of available time, I have identified lead discussants for each agenda topic. The comments would be intended to seed discussion. Unless you have compelling reasons to include powerpoints, I would suggest avoiding those for this informal conversation. I will try to ensure we cover as much of the agenda as feasible in the time available, while keeping flexible and responsive to Bill's interests and the flow of discussion. Could I ask lead discussants to confer with colleagues identified under their area, to discuss how to share the time allocated to introduce topics? Given Bill's extensive knowledge in global health R&D and scientific savvy, this format
