Good afternoon, We have received confirmation from the Gates Foundation that Mr. Gates is available to deliver the Barmes Global Health Lecture and meet with NIH Senior Leadership on Monday, December 2, 2013. Attached please find a preliminary draft of the day's agenda which mirrors the one from October and now includes a scientific tour of the VRC. It has not been approved by the Foundation.
