NIH Police are waiting at Center Drive and Old Georgetown to escort the 3 vehicles to Building 35. Mr. Gates' vehicle will pull in to the driveway. 8:25 am Bill Gates arrives at Building 35, enters the building, and is welcomed by Dr. Collins. Dr. Collins will meet Bill Gates after he exits the car and steps inside of the building. NIH Photographer is asked to take photos of the welcome. TO NOTE - If Mr. Gates arrives early, he will use the designated green room. Dr. Collins is asked to follow Daozhong Jin who will lead him to the conference room (or green room, if Mr. Gates is early). 8:27 am Bill Gates is escorted by Dr. Collins into the main auditorium (620/630) of Building 35.
