Shift arrival time to 12:30 pm if not available for lunch. 11:45 am Mrs. Gates arrives at the South Drive and Rockville Pike entry gate NIH Police will escort car to Bldg. 10 South Entrance 11:50 am Mrs. Gates arrives at the south entrance of Building 10 and is welcomed by NIH Library and FAES staff. 11:55 am Mrs. Gates escorted to FAES suite for lunch. 12:00 pm Lunch with NIH postdoctoral fellows, FAES suite (Bldg. 10/Room 1N241) 12:45 pm Lunch ends. Dr. Collins greets Mrs. Gates at FAES suite (Bldg. 10/Room 1N241) • NIH Photographer takes photographs with Dr. Collins, Mrs. Gates, NIH Library Director, FAES Director at FAES Suite 12:50 pm Proceed to Masur Auditorium, Green Room 12:57 pm Dr. Collins and Mrs. Gates exit the Green Room and receive their lavaliere microphones. 1:00 pm Dr. Collins introduces the NIH Big Read and Mrs. Gates. • NIH Photographer takes photos during the event 1:05 pm Dr. Collins and Mrs. Gates proceed to center stage and take their seats for discussion.
