In speaking with Alisa this morning, she is working with the WH to get whomever HHS nominates for the DC the
necessary accesses for the meeting. We were going to recommend Ian Watson (ASPR) given his WMD experience, but we
will need to know who the HHS front office would like to attend so we can convey this to the WH for program access.
