1. Reporting has stabilized and we have returned to the rapid prethanksgiving rate of cases as the current resurgence moves into the
populous states from CA to TX to FL
2. Nearly all METROs over 500K residents is deteriorating. - even
those that had been stable now have rising cases slides 22-26: NYC
area is now reached cases greater than the Spring surge
3. All of the most populous states are deteriorating - CA, TX, FL, NY - only
CA maybe showing signs of reaching a high plateau - TX, FL, NY will
become the new epicenter of this surge over the next 3 weeks - as
viruses evolve and strains are imported- the fall/winter has a more
