Ron mentioned that Biden will give a speech tonight and he wanted to mention in the speech that I am his top person on health issues and outbreaks. However, he did not want to cause me trouble with Trump and so he asked if it was OK with me. I told Ron that I likely would be fired within 15 minutes of Biden saying that in the speech and so please do not. Ron agreed and said that Biden wanted me to know that even though he is not saying it, be assured that I am his point main when it comes to COVID or any other infectious diseases issues. I told Ron that I cannot wait to work with him and Biden. He said they could not wait to have me.
