He has given up on Deb and somewhat on Bob (who actually has been speaking up lately) Denial on part of administration saying that increases in case in CA, AZ, TX, NC are merely increases in testing and/or real increases, but mostly Americans returning from Mexico to get care since Mexico is exploding with infections right now.
