And so some hospitals with few or no patients got lost of drugs and hospitals like Cornell, Columbia and NYU got no drug. A hospital received drug that was not aware of the cold-chain requirement. Drug ruined. People started complaining and the press got hold of it and is now reporting about lack of transparency. FEMA is saying that the plan of distribution was an HHS and Task Force plan.
