Remember, you are recused from all specific party matters where the award donor organization is a party to the matter, for one year following the date you will receive the award. This means that you may not participate in any official Government matter (e.g., grant or contract) in which the award donor is also a party (e.g., the grantee or contractor) until one year following the date you receive the award. If anyone attempts to discuss a Government matter involving the donor organization, please stop the discussion and refer the individual to your supervisor.
