SHI's areas of study include: Bats, Viral Ecology, Viral Entry, Virus Discovery, Zoonotic Diseases, Virology, Ecology of Pathogens (Link). EcoHealth Alliance and DASZAK have been working with Shi Zhengli for more than 15 years.
