SALAZAR: Okay. And I'm going to jump around, based on our conversation, so I'm going to go ahead and ask this now. DR. BARIC: Sure. MS. SALAZAR: Did you serve as an expert consultant for Gilead in terms of their patent dispute against AMMS? DR. BARIC: No. MS. SALAZAR: Oh, you didn't? DR. BARIC: Not that I'm aware of. MS. SALAZAR: Okay. DR. BARIC: Oh, wait, wait. Which patent dispute is this? Is this in Europe? MS. SALAZAR: Are there multiples? Yes. DR. BARIC: Yes, okay. Sorry. MS. SALAZAR: I didn't know there were multiple -- DR. BARIC: I had forgotten. They had asked me to make a statement about that, and I had forgotten about that, but make a statement about that, so I guess two or three years ago. And I haven't heard much about what was going on so I kind of left it behind. But yes, I gave them a written statement.
