I have done 3 thing: 1) I skimmed the book in its entirety; 2) I very carefully read Chapter 9 very carefully and provided tracked edits and several comments; and 3) I gave the manuscript in close confidence to a trusted colleague who destroyed it after reading it. His name is Dr. David Morens and he has read the entire book and have provided comments on every chapter. His comments are a bit granular and you might not be able to address them in the limited time frame; however, I am providing them in the attached document for your interest and use if you wish. Regarding the book (especially chapter 9), I agree completely with Dr. Morens. This is really well-done and easily understandable with crisp and clear messages for the general public. Chapter 9 is very well done and my comments are in the attached document. I am sorry that I did not have time to read the entire book carefully (except for Chapter 9), but I have another Senate HELP hearing on Tuesday and I need to prepare over the weekend.
