We have continued to meet with Mike and his team. One of his team members is coming for a visit in October so we
can have a face to face deep dive.
Since Sunnylands the Temple group initiated the phase one of a anti-HIV CRISPR trial in Philadelphia, part of the NIAID
Collaboratory. We have reviewed a set of grants looking new and improved delivery systems for gene therapies. We
plan to fund 3-4 and the details will be announced in the new fiscal year. We are expanding in 2023 the process for sites
in LMICs to apply for assistance to support cure trials including but not limited to gene-based technologies. The first

iteration of this strategy has been completed, now on to version 2.0. Last, the plans for an bNAb treatment and cure
trial in Africa with BMGF is moving forward. Waiting for BMGF to finish production of the bNAbs.
This continues to be parallel and complementary activities with BMGF.
