One of his team members is coming for a visit in October so we can have a face to face deep dive. Since Sunnylands the Temple group initiated the phase one of a anti-HIV CRISPR trial in Philadelphia, part of the NIAID Collaboratory. We have reviewed a set of grants looking new and improved delivery systems for gene therapies. We plan to fund 3-4 and the details will be announced in the new fiscal year. We are expanding in 2023 the process for sites in LMICs to apply for assistance to support cure trials including but not limited to gene-based technologies.
