   Adding Jeff. If you all had used the DPA to setup a GoCo factory with Lonza back in February, we'd be delivering millions of doses of NIAID's vaccine to low income countries right now. Instead, you still won't talk directly to Lonza (even though their CEO has told us he's ready to talk to you) because you fear offending Moderna. Jeff, David, Tony--let me be frank.    James should know what COVAX is saying. From our view, if you don't count the badly underperforming vaccines, then we'll need about 4 billion doses more than currently promised. And buying doses still matters, especially since we waited this long to look at manufacturing. I know you got burned with Emergent, but J&J should be back in the mix at this point.
