No. I sent them a document. They reviewed it. They asked for clarification, and then I responded to that. And then they approved it in April of 2015.

-- notify NIH, and then yes, have a discussion about what to do, including destruction of viruses. I don't know if they implemented that as a policy or not. They might well have, because one of my documents would have been one of the first ones that they reviewed. Against, that's a decision that NIH has to come up with, not me.
