Extraordinary. These people just don't care what they say or the consequences.

This really is not acceptable behavior. Anyone that thinks Tony is part of the problem has not been paying attention for 40 years.

Bob - that's the link to the tweet I linked to - do you have the one with Tony = murder?

He can't be married, surely? Can you imagine what it is like chez Edim?

How's this - writing to the President/VP/Secretary of the Board of Governors and the VP of academic affairs. ```Dear Colleagues, I wanted to bring to your attention that Dr. Richard Ebright (https://twitter.com/R_H_Ebright) has recently accusedDr. Anthony Fauci and other high ranking scientists as being "accessories to murder" on Twitter for which they "needto pay". https://twitter.com/R_H_Ebright/status/1375954028920770569?s=20 (also see attached).Dr. Ebright is listed as a "Board of Governors Professor" from Rutgers University and given that he does not specifically state whether his statements and opinions are attributed solely to him, I wanted to inquire whether these statements are endorsed by your university? More broadly speaking, Dr. Ebright has shown what I - and many of my colleagues and students - consider inappropriate behavior on Twitter (a selection from just scrolling his tweets today has been attached) and myself and several of my colleagues have had to block him as a result. Many (most) of his tweets involve personal insults and accusations of wrongdoing.I have been contacted by multiple journalists recently, interested in a closer dissection of how science has played such a critical role in the COVID-19 pandemic and how many scientists have become highly engaged in public science communication - myself included. To balance how things as a whole have been working very well, I have considered including some of the 'darker' sides of the issue and Dr. Ebright is somebody who often comes up inconversations. Before potentially engaging with any of these journalists, I wanted to clarify if the Board of Governorsfind this type of online behavior from one of their star faculty acceptable? Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your time. Kind regards,Kristian```
