Another point to throw out - "Baric or Fouchier making SC1 N493Q + T487Y is not my most serious concern. Perhaps even they would draw the line at that. However, nature is not so kind and I do believe that we need to actpreemptively with additional CoV vaccines. IMO we need to follow-up the SC2 vaccine program with SC1 and MERS-CoV vaccines much sooner than later.
