Not clear how else Xander got directly thru thebuffer. Fair has arranged for various types of harassment (and done so directly himself) over the years. His favoritetactic is "complaining" directly to the Tulane Deans, whose private numbers have made it to his "rolladex." AsKristian can attest he's also feed nonsense to several reporters (Todd Frankel at the WashPost being one). Deep Throat, Xander Arena [fake name?], Curefinder among others. In the comic books this is known as a Rogue'sGallery, except in the comic books the rogues are generally more competent.
