Precisely... Pardis wrote a whole book about it titled *Outbreak Culture*. Eddie said it in 7 words. I suggested the title Outbreak Dogs - a play on War Dogs, but Pardis went more "academic." *OC* is mostly about bad personal/institutional behavior during the chaos of a pandemic from career-making to pushing agendas. It includesdiverting funds for the pandemic response, which is def something we are seeing in the US. Pardis should write asequel. I'm predicting that Kristian's fuck-wit detector radar will be screaming tomorrow. Hint: she'll mention one ofyour former schools.
