# Transcript

**[2021-07-04T09:31:26] Andrew Rambaut:** Just created and shared a Dropbox with you to put actual files in - put the figure 1 editable PDF there. Will addsupplementary tables etc. Bob - do you use Dropbox? Which email do you use?

**[2021-07-04T09:33:04] Andrew Rambaut:** I also created a really sparse SVG version of the map from one of Bob's files. This is kind of to show the raw data for this (it has all the case locations).

**[2021-07-04T09:40:02] Kristian G. Andersen:** We need to figure out author list too... I think the only one secured is Eddie in the last spot (or first?). Do we think Stephen might want to be first on this? Could also be one of us.

**[2021-07-04T09:41:43] Robert F. Garry:** for dropbox

**[2021-07-04T09:49:19] Robert F. Garry:** I'm happy for @Eddie Holmes first - gets notice. Andrew last or Kristian (or co-last). Goldstein could be second -then perhaps Rasmussen, Robertson, ACC {these could be co-equals} after that aphabetical.

**[2021-07-04T09:50:19] Kristian G. Andersen:** Yeah, would be good for this to be a Holmes et al.

**[2021-07-04T09:56:18] Andrew Rambaut:** @Robert Garry Are you OK with what I have done to your maps? I just have a penchant for desaturated colour schemes

**[2021-07-04T09:58:28] Robert F. Garry:** Yes Indeed - absolutely - they look great - I'm color blind [very weak] - which is why I use rainbow colors - but yourdesaturated scheme works VERY well!

**[2021-07-04T09:59:01] Robert F. Garry:** Not sure what you have in mind if anything for the FCS figure - needed or not?

**[2021-07-04T10:06:51] Andrew Rambaut:** I remember from the Ebola paper (and Eddie too) - was very useful then to find colours that worked but still lookedattractive to graphic design obsessives.

**[2021-07-04T10:08:00] Andrew Rambaut:** I would be happy to have a go at giving the FCS some styling - pop the file in the Dropbox anyway.

**[2021-07-04T10:08:32] Kristian G. Andersen:** Would be good to have some FCS stuff in there if possible since it comes up SO often. Could be supp. if necessary.

**[2021-07-04T10:20:38] Andrew Rambaut:** At the moment we reference a Figure 2 which is FCS. I think it is worth putting in again to show people what we are talking about

**[2021-07-04T10:58:40] Robert F. Garry:** This may be overkill, but some ideas for a Geneious fig - Yes the 12 nucleotides are out-of-frame - just not clear which frame. [shared file(s): image (5).png]
